OUR PLOTS
Our plots are mainly located in the municipality of Castagnole delle Lanze (in Piedmont in the Province of Asti) and only a small part is located in the neighbouring countries. We cultivate and maintain about 30 hectares of land exclusively with plantations of IGP PIEDMONT HAZELNUT of Langhe that, from mid-August to mid-September give us this delicious fruit
OUR WORK
We harvest our IGP Piedmont Hazelnut of Langhe with vanguards tools, we select the harvest several times in order to obtain only the best quality and then we store it in large silos, ready for the various processes.
